GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

TB-120 Auto Twin Labeler includes main body, Top Hold down Belt Assembly, Product Separating Rollers, Conveyor, Product Alignment Belt Adjustment and etc.  
1. The conveyor speed can be adjusted on the Touch Screen Panel.
2.  The label sensor will be used to control the label out feed.
3. The brush will be used to smooth the label onto the bottle perfectly after it is labeled.
4. The main advantage of this machine is that every mechanical movement is controlled by a separate driven motor with easy adjustment and long-term use.

MAINTENANCE

1. To change the lubricant oil for the gearbox, the decelerators.
2. To add butter to the gear chain, cam, and gear roller, regulate.
3. The outer surface of the machine needs to be cleaned with clean water; water rejection is not allowed.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF THE CONTROL PANEL 

LABELING/NO LABELING

When the control panel is switched to "Labeling" mode and touched, the product sensor will detect the bottle entering and start the stepper motor; when switched to "No Labeling" mode, the product sensor will fail, and the stepper motor will stop running.

LABELING SPEED

The speed data/valve can be adjusted on the touch screen. The larger the value, the faster the stepper motor speed. If an adjustment is required, it needs to be synchronized with the conveyor belt.

LABEL LENGTH

The length value can be adjusted on the touch screen. After the adjustment, the position of the label on the peeling plate will change. Usually, the correct label length will be up to 2 mm longer than the peeling plate.

LABELING DELAY

This value can be adjusted on the touch screen control panel. When the product sensor detects the bottle entering, the start time of the stepper motor will be controlled by setting the delay time.

LABEL COUNTER

The counter counts the total number of labels when labeling one by one.
