WORKING PRINCIPLE
The bottle caps are stored in the hopper and conveyed to the capping machine by the variable frequency lifting belt. The capping function is realized by two synchronous clamping belts and three groups of six capping locking wheels. The capping function is just right through the mechanical torque adjustment function.
WORKFLOW
1. Bottle management. The messy empty bottles are neatly sent to the conveyor belt by the rotary bottle unpacking machine, and the empty bottles are blocked by the chuck under the filling head.
2. Filling by plunger pump. After filling, the chuck takes away the filled bottles, and the empty bottles are retained.
3. After filling, the bottles are sent to the plug cap and rolling cap chuck station. After entering the station, Chuck, we see.
4. The manipulator presses the plug cap upward into the bottle mouth.
5. The bottle is covered when it passes the hanging cap. The same cap is also sent into the slide way by the vibrating plate and then slides into the hanging cap.
6. After hanging the cap, the capping hammer presses the cap to the bottom, and the claw knife rolls the lock cap into a whole. The whole process is like this. Although the products may be different, this is basically the working principle of this capping machine.
7. The fully automatic capping machine can not only fill liquids, such as injections, disinfectants, various oral liquids, essential oils, cod liver oil, and other small bottles of liquids, but can also fill them with lock caps.
